We use Royal Mail service and send all our parcels insured and trackable with a proof of delivery. We do it, to be sure you will receive your item safe and in good condition.
Please bear in mind that standard delivery times are different for different countries and can be longer than usual if your parcel is held by border forces. Based on our experience, in normal circumstances times are as follows:
- within UK - £8.00 - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - next day
- European Union - £12.00 - International Tracked & Signed - from 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of the World - £15.00 - International Tracked & Signed - from 5 to 7 working days
We will make sure your item is packed in hard box and/or safe envelope, or any other way which guarantee safe delivery. However, if you think your item could be damaged please, make an immediate claim via the Royal Mail Website or in the local branch.
As soon as your parcel is being sent you will be given the tracking number, which allows you to control and follow your order.
Please also note that your country may apply additional taxes, duties or other charges for importing goods. It is your responsibility to pay any additional costs added by officials. We can't tell you how much it can be because it depends on the law in different countries. Although, looking at our customer's experience these additional payments vary between 10% and 20% of the item price.
All wedding accessories and jewellery is carefully handcrafted to order and usually it takes from 2 to 4 weeks to prepare your piece for shipping. In case your order is very complicated or has a lot of different items we will discuss delivery time with you individually. Also, due to the nature of weddings, some year periods may be more busy than the other. If you place your order in Spring or Summer, please reserve some extra time for us in your schedule. It is simply because there are a lot of happy brides who plan the same event as you and they are also looking for a beautiful hair jewellery.
Please also be aware that we are all humans and we cannot predict everything. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances manufacturing time may be slightly longer than normal. We do our best and we have never had such situation but if it would happen, we will notify you and try to make it up to you. At the end of the day, it is always to make you happy.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not sure about the piece you would like to buy, we encourage you to contact us for more photos or more detailed description. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, and provide you an honest advise. We value you as a client and our aim is to provide you the most accurate service you can get, so you feel comfortable with your purchase.
However, if you feel your piece is not what you are looking for and you are not happy with it, we will gladly accept any return, exchange or cancellation. Please, contact us online within 7 days of delivery to discuss further steps. If your final decision is to return your item, you have to send it back, packed in a way which guarantee safe transportation. Returning item must be undamaged, unworn, with all tags attached to it and in original box. After we received your parcel and confirmed everything is alright, we will refund you your money. Please note we can return only costs of the item itself and its initial delivery, any taxes or duties you paid are excluded.
If your item was a subject of alterations or was entirely custom made and is not part of our current catalogue, we can not accept a return or exchange. Any intimate items or items on sale are also not a subject of our return policy.
Because we handcraft all items, the final product can be slightly different than presented on our website. It means that your piece can have different amounts of beads, crystals, leaves or any other elements. We want to ensure you that quality is one of our top priorities and if your jewellery has one or two beads more or less, it does not affect its overall look. Please also remember that colours of your jewellery can by a little bit different than viewed in our shop. We use a neutral color scheme during photo processing so the pictures are as close to reality as possible. However, because different devices show colours in a different way, there may be a case that picture on our website does not reflect reality in 100%.
The most important thing we want to achieve is your happiness, so your wedding can be joyful and merry moment. That is why we pay attention to the smallest details of your jewellery so you will not be disappointed. On top of that, to craft your future piece we use only the highest quality products, such as Swarovski crystals, TOHO beads, silver or gold plated wires from the sources we know and we checked.
Sample sales can be a great opportunity to acquire wonderful jewellery for a much lower price than usual. Before you do it, please remember about a few things. All sample sales products are non returnable or exchangeable and are sold as seen. They have been used during photo shoots, wedding fairs or as a display products. They are mostly in a very good condition and they are undamaged. All defects, if any, are shown in the product gallery and highlighted in the description. They are all ready to be shipped, which means they can be with you in 2 or 3 days after payment has been made.
Before you place your order we advise you to carefully read product description and view all photos in the gallery. By doing it we all will be sure you buy jewellery you really want. If you are unsure, it is always better to not buy and avoid disappointment than loose time and money later.
